Ancestry Library Edition will launch its new search interface on April 13, 2011. It will have a clean, crisp design that includes the following features:
- Improved look and feel to the Ancestry Library Edition web site
- Location filters that allow searching across adjacent counties
- Name & Map filters
- Type ahead features, offering searches that might be similar to the one you're typing
- Improved country and state pages
The new Ancestry Library Edition will also require Internet Explorer version 7 or higher. Firefox version 3.x will also be fully supported.
